Automated inserting equipment allows us to efficiently manage long or short mail runs.  We are set up to work with a wide variety of materials including invitation, #10 and 6”x9” envelope sizes.

We also provide inserting services for tubes and flat size envelopes including 9” x 12”, 10” x 13” and larger.  AmeriMail also performs document match work to ensure that private and/or personalized mail placed inside an envelope matches the recipient’s name on the outside.

Z-fold, C-fold, half-folds are run either on-line during inserting or off-line on stand-alone equipment as your project materials require.
